Terms & Conditions

In-cahoots products are handmade, therefore each piece is unique, with a character and finish that is different to machine-made products.

We love making furniture and serving our customers. We treat our customers with courtesy and care. We reserve the right not to serve customers who do not reciprocate.

Exchanges & Returns

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you have any problems, please contact us on receipt of your item, with a photograph.

We accept returns and exchanges on certain items, within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been damaged and has not been tailor-made, customised or personalised.

Please contact us before returning the item. We will not refund items which are returned without contacting us first. Once contacting us, after a return is agreed, please dispatch the item to us within one week.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage and for any customs charges incurred by sending an item back.

Unless the item is faulty, we will only refund the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of shipping the item to the customer.

We do not offer exchanges or returns on:

- items that are tailor-made to contain specific details

- customised or custom-made items

- personalised items (including personalised notes inside the gift box)

Cancellations:

If you place an order then change your mind, please let us know within 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise we will not be able to offer you a full refund.
